Sp5der Size Guide: Measurements and Fit Advice
Sp5der is designed to sit oversized. Hoodies, tracksuits, t-shirts and shorts are all cut looser through the body and sleeves, so the fit is roomier than a standard high street size chart by design. This guide gives you the garment measurements in centimetres and inches, explains how to check them against something you already own, and shows how to choose between sizes.

Sp5der Tracksuit Size Chart
Tracksuits come as a hooded top and matching joggers. The top follows the hoodie chart above. The joggers are cut relaxed through the thigh with an elasticated, drawstring waist, so the waist figure stretches comfortably beyond the relaxed measurement shown.

Shorts use the same elasticated drawstring waist as the joggers, with the hem sitting just above or on the knee depending on your height.

Sp5der pieces are cut unisex and oversized, so the garment will sit noticeably looser than a fitted item in the same size. Use this table as a general guide and check the garment measurements above for the accurate fit.
How to Check Your Size
The most reliable method is to lay something you already own flat and compare it with the charts above.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
- Sleeve length: measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.
- Waist: lay the joggers or shorts flat, measure across the waistband without stretching it, then double that figure.
- Inseam: measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg along the inside.
Garments are measured by hand, so allow a small tolerance of 2cm to 3cm between pieces.
Choosing the Right Size
Sp5der products have a typical oversized fit, looser in the body and sleeves. Which size suits you depends on the look you want.
- Relaxed streetwear fit: go with your usual size.
- Classic or slimmer fit: size down one size from your usual.
Example: if you usually wear a medium, choose M for the oversized fit, or consider S for a more classic fit.

Sizing Questions
Does Sp5der run big or small?
Sp5der has a typical oversized fit, looser in the body and sleeves. Most people find their usual size already gives a roomy, relaxed look, so there is rarely a need to size up.
What size should I order if I usually wear a medium?
For the oversized streetwear fit, choose M. If you prefer a more classic, slimmer fit, consider S.
Is Sp5der clothing unisex?
Yes. Hoodies, tracksuits, t-shirts and shorts are all cut unisex, so the same charts apply regardless of gender. If you usually wear a smaller fitted size, sizing down from your normal streetwear size is a safe bet.
Do Sp5der tracksuit tops and joggers come in the same size?
Yes. Tracksuits are sold as a matching set, so the top and the joggers come in the size you order. The top follows the hoodie measurements and the joggers follow the jogger chart above.
How do I measure to compare with the size chart?
Lay a piece you already own flat. Measure the length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem, the shoulder width across the back from seam to seam, and the sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the cuff. For joggers and shorts, measure across the relaxed waistband and double it.
What if I am between two sizes?
Because the cut is oversized, sizing down is usually the better choice if you want a neater fit. If you like a deliberately baggy look, stay with your usual size.
