Sp5der Size Guide

Sp5der is designed to sit oversized. Hoodies, tracksuits, tees and shorts all come with a relaxed, dropped-shoulder cut, so the fit is looser than a standard high street size chart by design. This guide covers how to measure yourself, what the size charts mean for Sp5der specifically, and how to choose between sizes if you're in between.

Before publishing: the measurements below are placeholders marked in red. Replace them with the actual garment measurements from your supplier or your own flat measurements before this goes live, so customers are sizing against real numbers rather than estimates.

How to Measure Yourself

Use a soft tape measure and measure over light clothing, standing naturally rather than pulling the tape tight.

  • Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
  • Length: measure from the top of the shoulder down to where you want the hem to sit.
  • Sleeve: measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
  • Waist: measure around your natural waistline, roughly where you'd wear a belt.
  • Inseam: measure from the crotch seam down to the ankle along the inside of the leg.

Sp5der pieces are cut unisex and oversized, so most customers find their usual size runs a little roomier than a standard fitted UK size chart. Use this table as a general guide rather than an exact match.

Choosing Your Fit

  1. True to size: order your usual size for the label's intended oversized, dropped-shoulder look.
  2. Size down: go one size smaller if you'd rather the hoodie or tee sit closer to the body.
  3. Size up: go one size larger for an extra-baggy, deep-oversized look, particularly on hoodies and tracksuits.
  4. Between sizes: if your chest measurement sits between two sizes, sizing down usually keeps the proportions closer to how the piece is meant to look.

Sizing Questions

Does Sp5der run big or small?

Sp5der runs oversized by design. Most people find their normal size already has a roomy, relaxed fit, so there's rarely a need to size up unless you want an especially baggy look.

Is Sp5der clothing unisex?

Yes. Hoodies, tracksuits, t-shirts and shorts are all cut unisex, so the same size chart applies regardless of gender. If you usually wear a smaller fitted size, sizing down from your normal streetwear size is a safe bet.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Given the oversized cut, sizing down is usually the better call if you're between sizes and want the fit to look intentional rather than overwhelming.

Do Sp5der tracksuits shrink after washing?

Heavyweight cotton fleece can shrink slightly with high heat. Washing on a cool cycle and avoiding tumble drying keeps the fit and print closer to how it arrived.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, sizing exchanges are covered under our returns policy. Check the returns and exchange page for current timeframes and conditions before sending anything back.
