Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using sp5der.co.uk (the “Website”) or placing an order with us. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Website.

These Terms are issued by SPIDER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02521831 , registered address Leonard House, 7 Newman Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1RJ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Who We Are

sp5der.co.uk is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official retailer of the SP5DER brand or its parent company. All trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on this Website remain the property of their respective owners. We source and sell genuine products through independent supply channels, and nothing on this Website should be taken to imply an official partnership.

We think that’s worth stating plainly upfront — you should always know exactly who you’re buying from.

2. Using the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
  • If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Website’s operation, or attempt to access areas of the Website you’re not authorised to access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizing, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur (e.g. due to screen display or dye batch).
  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item’s price was listed incorrectly, we’ll contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you’d like to proceed at the correct price.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered it, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email — not at the point of checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the products passes to you once they’re delivered to the address you provided.
  • If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@sp5der.co.uk and we’ll investigate.

6. Your Right to Cancel & Returns

As a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to return the item, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details of how returns and refunds work are set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on how long you’ve had the item and the nature of the fault.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, layout, graphics, and original photography — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may browse and use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content from this Website without our prior written permission.

Product names and brand references used on this Website may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only, in line with Section 1 above.

9. Liability

We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that weren’t a foreseeable result of us breaching these Terms (for example, loss of income where you’re a business user).
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If you are a consumer, this clause doesn’t affect your legal rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in your local court if you live elsewhere in the UK.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve resolved a complaint, you may also be entitled to use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or an alternative dispute resolution provider — get in touch and we can point you in the right direction.
